Steering box leak

I'm not real familiar with the innards of one of these boxes. I assume there is some kind of seal around the shaft that connect's the box to the column. Anybody ever replace one? I read some old search results and it sounds like there maybe a seal kit, but not finding much except swapping in a whole new box. It's leaking right below the rag joint.
