Disc Conversion, HELP

Switching my 64 front drums to disc. Have everything installed except the tie rods. I e-mailed Aaron at CPP to ensure I order the correct adapter sleeves to mate the old tie rods.

I have the 64 outter that I am using as the new inner. I have a new 71 outter that I am connecting to the spindle. Problem is, the total length before was about 19"...now its 16.5. I have a crazy toe in (I think is what its referred to, where both wheels are significantly turned inward at the front of the wheel)

Furthermore, I cannot simply adjust the sleeves because the tie rods are barely threaded at all...meaning any less portion of the tie rod in the sleeve and it would come out.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?
