Noise that i cant find

I am not sure where to put this in the forms. When i'm driving my truck i hit the speed anywhere from 40 to 55 i start to hear this squeal squeak its not constant so i'm thinking it something that is rotating. I can feel it in my shiftier because it is a manual transmission 4 speed. I was thinking that it might be the clutch plate slipping but hesitant on changing it if that's not whats causing the sound. But like i said i'm not 100% sure its the clutch because it still engages when i drive but the clutch pedal seems to be getting a little harder to push in. Any ideas on this sound would be great I know its hard to figure out what it is with out really hearing what it is.
