LWB bedside patch panels

I went to my local truck parts store (Truck Shop, in Orange California) a few days ago to get some parts, and one of the parts I need is the driver's side wheel opening patch panel for a long bed. This is the panel that is the lower section behind the wheel opening that extends to the end cap of the bedside. The Truck Shop only carries this panel for a short bed. Does any of the truck supply houses sell this panel for a long bed?

A while back, I noticed that almost every 60-66 longbed truck I found in the wrecking yards had this section cut out of it. Now it's starting to make sense....
