67 3/4 ton camper-need help w/tire size & brand

Hi everyone, its been months since I've posted on the forum and decided its time to get actively motivated in putting my dads truck back on the road. This truck belonged to my father who was the original owner and now I'm the second owner:


As you can see she needs a lot of work, but I have plenty of time to get it done. I first need to get new tires.....Any suggestions on tire brand and size? My plan is to go with the stock 16.5 steel wheels. Just need some suggestions on tire size and brand. Thank you, Marty
