Engine casting number ID?

I got these numbers off the machined pad on the passenger side front of the engine. (under the alt with a long water pump set up)
I can never seem to be able to decode them with these numbers. I don't know if I am going to the wrong sites, or just not looking on the sites close enough...
VO726FRS is stamped on top, and directly under that is CFS198728.
On the bellhousing it says 5.7, but I never looked for any codes up there last time the engine was out.
Can anyone tell me what my 350 is out of?
