Serp conversion

In case anybody is considering the conversion and losing the V-belts. I removed the entire serpentine system off a 91 GMC Sierra this weekend. It had the 5.7 motor. I looked at several trucks with it but this was the only one with the factory OEM a/c brackets using the sanden type compressor. Since I'm running Vintage Air, this was exactly what I was looking for. There are two types of brackets on the P/S. One has an additional bracket for an air pump. It's ugly and not used so I choose the other type that only mounts the A/C and tensioner. A much cleaner look and easier to maintain for sure. After I get it mounted up on my engine, I'll pull it off and get it powder coated and take some photos of the end result. I purchased a new water pump (reverse rotation) and will be using the electric fans I already had.
