Cool Input......1972 C10 Custom Deluxe

Greetings to all!
I'm new here and am looking for some advice.

I purchased a 1972 C10 LWB Custom Deluxe (350 Auto) to turn in to a street sleeper. My Plans are to leave the outside correct for the year but to install
a 560hp 385 stroker TH400 that I currently have in a 1977. My only issue is that everytime I look at the 72 it just looks like it needs my 468BBC. I can move everything from the 1977 to the 1972 and be rolling. Or spend more money and install the 468BBC.

Plan A / Install 385 Stroker and move everything over from my 1977
(negative will race gas)

Plan B / Install 468BBC
(negative will cost $3k)

What's everyone's thoughts?
