Shop for rust replacement panels?

Hey,

I am in Australia and I need to order the lower RH front fender rust panel, i have tried to order it through www.truckandcarshop.com but they will not contact me with a shipping price.

I then ordered it at LMC and they came back with a shipping price of $599 or $280. I Shipped a complete motor for $600 and a outside visor for $80.

Neither of these companies have a email contact.

I know USPS is the cheapest and i dont understand why they only use UPS.

Is there any other places that sell rust replacement panels ?
