Differential/Gearing identification

I have an 83 c10 which was a 250/auto truck, now a 350/th350. Id really like to put an auburn/eaton diff in it to get rid of the "limited slip". My question is what gearing would I MOST LIKELY have, and would my current ring and pinion assembly bolt up to a auburn/eaton diff?
The truck turns very low rpm in the 40-50 mph range...
