stuck driver front caliper

well its been awhile since ive been on here... my bad folks... some people may remember me... but needless to say i need some pointers... first off i have a stuck driver caliper.. i also noticed my master cylinder leaks out the cap... since its $15 im goin with a new master cylinder.. im thinking a new caliper and hose will get me back going... with that being said i think i should go ahead with turning both rotor/hubs.. two calipers.. bearings and seals and what not with pads... $250 why not right?
