Nitrogen? Why not?

Hey guys! In the middle of an air ride install on a '66 SWB and I have a quick question. Why aren't more of y'all using nitrogen as a pressure source? My plan isn't to pop up and down or anything like that, i plan to keep 180 PSI max in the tank, but i don't want to have to hear my compressor run every time I raise the truck (which will be used as a backup plan if the tank gets drained). I also don't want to have to worry about water traps, etc..
I have a place to refill the tanks (mid sized tanks, 40 cu. ft. I believe) just down the road from me and its not that much at all to fill them. I have tried searching the site for answers but didn't have any luck. So... whats keeping y'all from nitrogen??

Thanks!!
