My *New 2 Me* Crew Cab Dually
Hi Everyone
I finally found a Crew Cab. Now, its not like I havent had one in the past. From 1974 - 1986 I would get a new one every year to pull our race cars with, averaging over 150K miles a year. Now I need one to move the family from FL to TN. I found this '79 GMC Siera Classic 3+3 10K GVW in Palm Bay Fl. Its a 454 Auto. Here is a photo the seller sent me. Being disabled with heart problems, its taken me a couple weeks to get it to this stage. I changed the molding inset color to red, installed repop Headlight Bezels and repainted a very nice (for U Pull It) grille, and have spent DAYS just cleaning on it. The reason for the red inset color is the interior is red/silver. Its goin in for a few lil things, and new (outline white letter Good Year Wrangler ) tires this week. Heres the latest pic of it; I still wanna get a front bumper for it (its bent) and a fiberglass topper for it. The trucks paint isnt 100%, and there are some rust bubbles but its nice enough to use for now. After the move it could become a *project* truck I need some Sierra Classic 35 Fender emblems and a 10K GVW Camper Special emblem if anyone knows where I can find some nice ones. What do ya think, guys & gals? Best Regards from Daytona Beach Larry
