Help with traditional look wheel/ tire size...

I am gonna buy some wheels here soon from Rally America but i need to decide on tires so i can order the right width.
I plan to run oe style wheels 15x? powdercoated black. Eventually with trim rings, spyder rings, cones, and bullet lug nuts. Just like the ones in the first pic.

I want to run wide whites but keep going back and forth on width.

Originally was going to run 6.70-15 biased pie crust firestones. But then i decided to go ifs and 350 swap so now im thinking radials. If i go radials i think i will just save up and go with a set of diamondbacks.

What size would you all suggest? Should i run wider in the rear?
205/70/15 up front seems like a good choice, should i run a 225 or 235 in the rear? Stay with the same size all around so i can rotate? Help me decide! They will be going on my truck running the shot maroon paint with some the new parts painted and scuffed to match.
