Looking for assistance in installing a 4 speed C10

I currently have a 1969 C10 with a 3 speed manual tranny. not working well with the new 383 strocker. Need informqation on what it takes to put a 4 speed in it. I use this on the street, and also make a few passes with it a few times a year.

Not sure what model to look for. I am currently set up with a course shaft clutch wise.

Anyone has information from experiance, it would be greatly appreciated.
