Gas Tank Options

Hey Guys,

I'm new to the board, and to owning a 1972 Chevrolet C-10. I'm 17 and me and my dad are building up the truck for me to drive to college. WE've built many cars, so no problem there. We're putting an LT-1 Vette engine in the truck with a 700R4. Our p[roblem right now is where can we find a gas tank. I'd like to mouint the tank under the bed somewhere, but the problem is with clearance. I have bags on my 1962 bel-air wagon right now, and want them on my truck. I looked at a kit Brother's Trucks has using a blazer tank, but it looks as if it would hang down to far below the frame. What are some tanks you guys have used. Also has anyone tried installing a new S-10 gas tank under the truck?

Thanks,
Ryan
