an ex ford man with a chevy project

so i picked up this '81 k10 for 1000 bucks, i would say it was a good deal, the body had 200K on it but the motor only has 20K, it is a rebuilt goodwrench 350, and the 4 spd trans with a granny low was rebuilt 80K ago, so all in all it was a good deal in my opinion

Now for my plans
  • mild build on the motor (intake manifold, carb, headers, possibly a cam, new non-hei ignition)
  • motor dress up, possibly chrome accesory drive, chrome valve covers
  • full autometer style gauges
  • paint job, flat black with a gloss black stripe and silver accents
  • fix all the rust and straighten all the body work
  • custom bed box
  • new tough looking bumper
  • cowl hood

i will update with pictures soon
