D.PASSMORE One of the First Join Date: Jan 2000 Location: St. Augustine,FL. Posts: 4,059	D44 carrier Question: Is a D44 carrier the same for different gear sets? I'm changing from a 3.08 to a 4.09. I know a chevy 12 bolts have different size carriers - splits at 3.73 up for trucks.
