Carpet, padding, firewall, and noise reduction options

My truck is about to come home from the shop and I only have a few interior things left to do - including carpet.

I'm going to go with a molded carpet and I would like some suggestions for noise reduction inside the cab? Is there a particular padding I should use that is better than the stock style?

Also what do you recommend for the inside of the firewall? I know a few places sell the original style padding. What are your thoughts on this? Are there better options?

I'd like this truck to have a quiet comfortable ride.

Thanks!
