Sure AIM has probably THE worst customer service, and also THE worst shipping pricing program....(I think it's $10 shipping for every $10 in parts. LOL) but that doesnt mean the products are junk.

The problem is AIM takes Firestone empty bellows and uses AIMS billet end plates to finish them up. Therefore you're relying on AIM for the parts.
