interchangable engine parts

i have a 1969 350 that has a cracked block but very low miles on it. i just purchased a used 1993 350 and im trying to find out what parts from the 69 will fit in the 93. i know the crankshaft will not because of the rear main seal but what about the pistons, rods, camshaft and hei distributor. when i was looking on summit racing they had some cams for a 93 that would fit a 69 but not a 69 that would fit a 93 so whats the difference ?
