1970 K5 Value

I am thinking about selling my 1970 Blazer as I do not have have the time to devote to it enjoying it right now ( a decision I will probably regret). That being said, I have no clue to its worth or what a fair price would be to ask for it. I was hoping to get some feedback from you guys here. Details are below (I will try to get pics later), and I appreciate any feedback...

- strong 350 w/ about 40K miles
- rebuilt SM465 4-speed transmission
- new clutch
- 3/4 ton axles (Eaton HO52 w/Detroit locker in rear), Dana 44 up front. Both 4.56 gears
- New 315/85/16 mud tires
- Newer shocks and steering stabilzers
- Newer Rough Country 4" suspension lift
- New steering box
- Wiring harness replaced

It will need some body work down the road - the body does have some rust in the usual places (i.e. rocker panels) and bottom of the door. I do have many of the replacement metal already though. Any ball park ideas of what it might be worth? I will try and get some pictures posted in the next day or two. Thanks in advance!
