72 Jimmie rebuild

Hello I am just starting a project on a 1972 Jimmie, my plans is to upgrade the motor to a 2003 5.3 Vortex motor along with the automatic w/overdrive and the transfer case that came with the engine. Also the wiring harness to run the motor. The frame has been blasted and painted already, the rear differential (posi-trac) has been rebuilt and painted, I stayed with drum brakes in the rear. The front differential is being rebuilt right now the gears seem to be ok had a little difficulty finding inner seals but my brother found the parts. All new disc brake parts and should be ready to put a rolling chassis together soon. New leaf springs front and rear. And of course new ss brake lines.
I just started on the body this part has me a little worried, but finding this web site I think will help a lot. I will post some pic soon.
