Today, I installed the transmission cross member 14 bolts. It isn't going any where. Also installed the power steering gear box. There is a little difference between the 1967 and 1968 frame. You have to cut the radiator core support. The power steering box sets 1/2 inch towards the front, so the mount has to be cut and shims need to be installed to bring the gear box out a little. as you can see in the pictures. that took me about 30 minutes for both. The rest of the day I cleaned and painted the dirty transmission to get it ready to be married to the 350 4 bolt.
