Really confused about center caps for Rally wheels - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I've searched multiple threads and I am aware that dog dish/COPO/Poverty caps won't work with Rallys. However.....why do I see them being sold online? Is this a different wheel than your typical rally? I found some Camaro center caps local for a good price and would love to figure a way to make them work on my Rally wheels? What am I missing here?
