I have a shop compressor that is rated at 16cfm and I am in the process of upgrading my service trucks aircomp with a 24cfm output pump and was going to piggyback the two to get some good volume. I like the fact that they are made right here in the US by Americans and have been around for some 65yrs.
I bought the Texas Blaster used off of Craigslist. I am using a 12 CFM compressor. It appears to work fine. It is still cutting well when one sack of media runs out. By the time you load in another bag the compressor gets caught up. I have been pleased with it, and am glad I went with a Texas Blaster over a harbor freight sand blaster.
