must be a ground left turn signal indicator help

so I decided to fix some light issues in my dash today and after an hour its time for a 24 hour break. I had issues with my gauge lights and right side of my speedometer not lighting up also my left turn signal indicator light. once in a while the light would all work 99% of the time the mentioned light would not. I re seated the lights there all working now except the turn signal for the left turn. I can use a tester and it is getting power but it seems it does not have a ground because the bulb which is good will not work. any ideas? my dash is all apart so getting to a hidden ground wire would not be an issue
