Possible small block problem

Just got done tearing down my 350 because i was going to rebuild it for another project. Anyway here is what i found.


All eight cylinders have a chip out of the bottom of the cylinder but this one is by far the largest of them. Not real sure what to do about it, torn apart plenty of small blocks and none were like this. Just seeing what could have caused it and what to do about it.
