Most the sand rail crowd are going from temperamental "built" but not too reliable VW type I motors to subaru motors. That's the route my cousin went, and the route I would go if I picked up a Notch or Bus. A suby notch would be cool, problem is though I've been doing autocross and track days for years so I need something that can corner. I think my ultimate goal will be a 7.
