Buddy buckets rusted :(

So I bit the bullet and bought what I thought were decent set of buddys online that had minor rust. When I got them home and started to remove the seat covers I had opened a can of worms. The seat frames in the back were practically rusted all the way through. I am now kicking my self for buying these. But here is my question should I see if I could attempt rebuild these by cutting the welds and rebuild these or should I cut my losses and part them out? Has anyone tried to fix the seat frames? Good news these seats have both the fold down backs which are still in good shape so removing them is ok and the rest of the brackets and frames and center console seat are in good shape. I also have access to a small machine shop at my work.
