need to know what a trucks worth

I would like to know what a 1970 K-10 swb would be worth. It for sale on a road in the middle of no where maby five guys drive past it during hunting season. Its a driver and has the normal cab corners/rockers rust. otherwise its a ok. its a cool truck. he is asking three for it but might go down. sight unseen what do you think. i have a 69 swb truck i am restoring right now and i daily a short bed cummins thats 4x2 and getting to work is down right dangerous for me in the winter. So i would daily it then this summer stick a ls in it....shhh dont tell the gf she is already tired of the amount of money i have sunk into my project now...and what she doesnt know is the 68 ss camaro i got is going to be super expensive...anyway back on topic what do you think, semi rare right? worth it?
