What would you buy?

So, I'm looking into getting my own truck, preferably something driveable, while I plan what direction I want to go. I have come across two 68 Longbeds (longbed so I can haul the motorcycle to track days ). The trucks:

Truck #1: 1968 C/10 Custom

350/TH400 (Original engine was 327, replaced with a 383 that spun a bearing, replaced with 350)
Factory air
Holes in body from where factory molding was removed
Lowered
Power Steering
Seats in serviceable condition, out of what I surmise is a mid 80s chevy van (buckets, console)
Surface rust as expected, body straight with original paint. Standard potential problem areas (rockers, etc.)
Holes cut in interior of doors for speakers

Truck 2: 1968 C/10

Wood bed
250 I6
4 on the floor
newly reupholstered factory seat.
Repainted
Rocker panel rust covered in bondo when painted.
wood bed needs replaced.
No A/C
Straight body (haven't had chance to verify what repairs have been made)

Both asking $2k. My question is this: which would YOU go for, and how much would you offer? I'm torn between the two. Looking for all inputs and opinions. Please help...
