Apache problem

Hey guys,
I'm new, I have a 59 apache(my first vehicle)
It ran good until yesterday, I started it up and took it for a spin, I parked it and went inside to get something, when I went back outside it wasnt running anymore so I tried stating it up again, but i drained the battery trying, so i tried jumstarting it, it started up and I stepped on the gas to keep it running, when I took my foot of the gas it died, I flooded it, I kept trying so I could get it back in the garage, after afew times stepping on the starting petal it soudenly did nothing, no noises, the starter didint do anything, the headlights didint even turn on anymore, i checked the battery and the cables with a multimeter, its fully charged, any idea what it might be, I'm not to familiar with diagnostics
