PPG paint in an aerosol can for my dash??

The paint on my truck is in pretty excellent condition and have no need to paint it at the moment, however my dash is looking used and could use a refresh for sure.

I have no interior in my truck and would be fairly easy for me to paint it myself. Was wondering if anyone has went to an automotive shop and had PPG colors put into an aerosol can and had good results with it?

Hoping to can the dash and be able to get her put back together and running soon. It would be hard for me to trailer it over to a paint shop with no steering column... Etc... and would be waaaay more expensive.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your time.
