72 gmc burb is it worth 1500.00 ?

just trying to get some input does anyone think this is worth 1500.00?

72 gmc suburban 2 owner 127k miles runs and drives good 402 bbc 400 trans,no smoke no knocks no tics in the motor and holds great oil psi,all new brakes stops nice, 2 year old 4 core radiator,interior is very nice,all factory gages work wipers horn dome light reverse lights etc etc,body is rusty along the bottom (i guess it could be patched up)
