71 Cheyenne restoration

I am new to this site and I wanted to get some advice about my truck. I will post some pictures later today. I have a 71 C10 Cheyenne that is in fair shape. When I bought the truck it wasnt running and it had been sitting for a while. I replaced the Carb, spark plugs, vaccum advance, fuel pump, fuel filter, points, and bam the truck runs, a little better after I got the timing right its got a 350 with the th350 trans. My main concern is the rust, mainly because I have not done much body work in the past. I have a few ideas for her, but I wanted to get some ideas from y'all.
