should i sell my 350?

Im gonna build the 454 for my truck. Right now i dont drive it because of steering work, gauge work and alittle more suspension work is needed. The starter went out the other day and i have a spare. But im needing opinions as to whether should even keep messing with the sbc or not. I dont have use for it, i mean my dads s10 just died so i could swap it in. But i have enough projects to play with. Its an older 350 alittle greasey but runs good and no smoke and its a 0010 block which is a 4blt main with headers. Its got a good t350 behind it that the gasket leaks but ive got a shift kit for it. Pretty much what im asking is should i hold onto this motor and trans or pull it out and sell it and use the money to finance the bbc? What would be a fair price on a 0010 high nickel blocked 350 with headers and alum intake amd for the trans with new shift kit? Ive also got a set of 461 true 2.02 heads that need one new valve guide and cleaning. Have new compcams springs for higher lift cam. And ive cleaned the valves up already and could clean the heads up too. Just trying to get ideas on what i should do and values. Thanks guys
