help handling problem

I have Ann 85 Chevy K 10. I'm having stability issues. It's not so bad on smooth road. But on ruff road the truck darts all over the road and it's barely controllable. I have all new tie rod and tie rod ends. I have new shocks and a new steering stabilizer. I have 2 new tires on the front handsome used cars on the back with good trade it what do y'all think is the problem cause in the truck to be so unstable? I can't afford to just keep blowin money at it. The springs all set level the truck doesn't seem to have an noticeable problem withy the springs I have considered replacing the 2 older tires.
