New Maaco paint - Before and After

I finally saved up enough coin to get an el-cheapo Maaco paint job to get rid of the ugly dark green PO repaint and am really happy with what a great job they did. The body work is horrible because I did it all and had no idea what I was doing (all I did was fill in the biggest rust holes), so I can't blame them for the poor prep work, but their paint is great and turned my 100 foot truck into a true 10 footer.

My truck was originally a plain Jane base model that was all the 504 yellow green poly (my favorite color). I had them add the two tone because I like the look and had picked up a cheap set of used trim along the way. They nailed the original 504 color, which was my biggest worry. This is just their cheapest paint choice with a clear coat so it won't last forever, but for four days of work and $940 it sure looks a lot better than before and I'm not embarrassed to drive it around.

Anyway, here are the before and after pics so you can judge for yourself. For those that don't have the time and money to devote to real, show quality body work and paint, from my experience you might give Maaco a look for a super quick and cheap option.
