Color of parts from the factory.

I have a question about what color parts of our trucks came from the factory as. I have a 71 GMC ¾ ton 4x4 that I am going to put back to as close to stock as I can. I have been trying to do a search to see what everything looked like, but it is hard to tell from pictures. With that being said I have list of parts that I would like to know what color they were when new.

Engine= was it orange or red for a GMC?
4 speed transmission and bell housing?
I know the transfer case was a light red color. Has anyone found a powder coat color close to it? If so what color did you use?
Frame and accessory brackets where egg shell black right?
