Hello from Goddard KS

Hi everyone, I am Mike from Goddard KS just joined up here a couple of weeks ago. I have resently purchased a 72 Suburban that was used as an Ambulance in Nebraska. It is a Modular Ambulance Corp. Zepher 54. It is in very good condition body wise but needs a little loving in the paint dept.
I bought this Burb because I have always loved the 67-72 body style and I retired 2 years ago from Sedgwick County EMS after 30 years as a Paramedic. I have been into cars all my life and currently have a 33 Ford Coupe, a 73 Camaro and I race an old mid sixties Top Fuel Dragster that now has an injected smallblock. I run with a series called the Southwest Jr. Fuel Association. (www.swjfa.com) and have had a best time of 7.67 sec. at 171.9 mph. I am thinking that I might use the Suburban to haul the race car after it is finished. Any way I enjoy the site and seeing everyone rides.
