Oil in water or is it the stop leak I used?

A week ago I took a little trip in my truck, after about 100 miles I stopped and after ten minutes noticed my radiator started leaking so bought some stop leak crap to get it to stop, it did and I went on my way. Yesterday I decided to flush it out and refill with new antifreeze and found the water was milky. I checked my oil and it was still clean and full. Could it be the stop leak that turned my water milky? The coolant all leaked out while I walked to the nearest parts store so refilled it with water then added the stop leak, I can't remember what brand it was but I remember it was black and chunky! The engine never got hot, the leak didn't start until I shut off the engine. Any idea if the stop leak could be what made my water milky? I flushed it out several times last night and added new antifreeze and so far it's still green.
