Can anyone help me out with what these two clips are used for? They are about 1" tall.

I started restoring a 1972 C10 several years ago and am just getting back to it and I don't have any specific pictures to jog my memory. I believe they are either used as part of the hydraulic brake system or the E-brake system, but am not sure.
