Yes , ALL engines have block drains , often plugged up , once you remove them it's a simple thing to probe in the hole and scrape out depositsa & evaluate the level of accumulated silt with an unbent coat hanger....
Keep at it until ALL the silt is gone for factort fresh cooling in Death Valley in August...
