New Member Decoding help on New Truck

Hello All,
I just purchased a 1972 LB. Was looking for some help on decoding. Not sure what the interior should look like. I know it was Saddle but some has replaced it with black with b/w hounds tooth inserts, and painted the door panels and dash pad black. It also has black carpet. The truck has no exterior molding, what did it look like? I am also confused by the rear suspension it has leaf springs and what looks like coilovers.
