Cherokee/Mopar Fan motor Experts....

I am looking at an electric fan for my truck. I can get the stock one with just on or off. Or there is the fan for the Tow Package... It has 3 prongs I am assuming a 2 speed fan.

Can I just skip the one speed and send the power straight to the high setting? Or will I have to settle for the lower RPM/CFM set up?

I like the fit, but when I called about the fan from the dealer they said $268.00 so now I am at Checjer looking at a fan for $80.00...
