LS 6.0 480hp carb setup! Nice link!

So ive been investigating more on the LS carb swap vs. the EFI. The link i provided seems to be a great way to get major horsepower with not alot of money. Some of the prices seem high like the headers and hooker ls swap.I think it would be great without headers and the cam. Any opinions on this setup. I know fuel mpg wouldnt be as much as fuel injection( got an estimate?), but this would be a serious ride for the weekend warrior. Plus, it seems slightly dummy proof!
