Transmission throttle linkage clip

Hello,

I've been reading on this forum for about a month now. I purchased a '72 c10 and am working on small things here and there. We are friends with a hot rod/kustom shop down the street, and anything I can't handle they usually help us out.

My transmission linkage cable was not hooked up to my carb at all when I got the truck. I purchased the bolt needed to hook up to the carb, but the plastic clip on the cable itself is cracked on one side so it falls off as soon as I let off the accelerator.

anybody know where I can find JUST the clip? I've got a lot of slack on the cable and could cut it off and remount it. I also don't know what it's specifically called, so maybe somebody could help point me the right way.

if I need to post a photo of the part let me know and I'll go snap one later or tomorrow.

thanks in advance,
-Alex
