Power steering question

On the 72, there is a funky noise coming out of the steering, I checked and seems the steering box is attached by some brackets that are foreign to me, allowing the box to twist sideways
By the number on the steering box and a quick search I pinpointed its from a camaro.

All I have to compare right now is from my 1970 ( which looks normal) although both tucks have been retrofitted with power steering
