Holes in the Firewall...

Hey everyone, I was working on my 68 this weekend and I found a ginormous hole behind the brake booster. It looks as though a grommet belongs there. I checked Brothers and LMC and could not find anything for that specific hole. I was hoping that someone here could let me know where to get whatever seals that up!

There is also this hole that is covered with duck tape. Anyone know what this is or what goes here?
